R.I.P. Michael Jackson. Like my friend said first, "I will always remember where I was when I heard Michael Jackson died, just like 9/11." However, I don't like to think of MJ in the strange state he was in when he died, I would like to remember him as the young, talented little boy who amazed America with his music in the Jackson 5. About a year ago, I watched a documentary on his life and learned so many things about him that I didn't know before-- he is basically a revolutionary legend. He was the first made it acceptable for a black musicians to be on MTV and his albums and music videos broke so many records and won so many awards that is is highly unlikely anyone will ever do it again.
On a more personal level, my family and I will never forget any of his songs and the feeling of joy we were left with after listening to them.
May you find more peace on the other side than you ever did here...

About a week ago, I was peacefully sitting with some fellow co-workers at my mom's store until the new girl sitting across from me mumbles, "Man, my shoes are killing me." Naturally, I looked under the table and saw these monstrous things in white.
As I held back my gag, I smiled and said, "At least they're cute." While the new girl was visually satisfied that I had complemented her new shoes, my mind was thoroughly disturbed. WHY? WHY?! Uggs are bad enough in the winter when they look like a person has little cub feet instead of their own human ones. Get this, there is even still a layer of fur on the inside. I think I speak for many people when I say, "Who on earth would want fur on their feet in the hot summer?"
Dear Uggs,Go ruin someone else's eye sight. I would prefer to keep mine in
